Sehat+ Privacy Policy

Sehat+ provides pharmacy, prescription, medical-record, reminder, order, and support features for users in Afghanistan. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, blood group, delivery address, prescription images, uploaded medical records, order details, app language, and authentication information.
Device Permissions and Health Data
To provide core health and pharmacy features, Sehat+ requests access to your device's Camera and Storage. These permissions are strictly used to allow you to upload prescription images, medical records, and lab reports securely. Your health data is only used to fulfill your orders, manage your medical history, and provide healthcare services. We do not sell or share your health data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
How We Use Information
We use this information to create and secure your account, verify OTP login, process medicine orders, manage prescriptions and medical records, provide customer support, and improve app reliability.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the service, such as with pharmacies, delivery support, cloud storage, authentication, OTP, and hosting providers. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We use HTTPS, authenticated API access, and service-provider security controls to protect user data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile and associated user data from our active database, including orders, prescriptions, and medical records.
